On 6 May 2010 Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 holds a ceremony to publicize Decision 131/QD-DHSPHN2 and 132/QD-DHSPHN2 about the establishment of the Department of International Relations-Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 (DIR-HPU2) and appointment of Dr Ta Ngoc Tri to be Deputy Head (Acting as Head) of DIR-HPU2. From 22 to February 28, 2010 the key delegation of Hpu2 visited and worked with Yunnan Normal University and Language and Culture Institute (Kunming). Leaders of the two schools signed memorandum about cooperation in training and scientific research. Besides, the delegation went to visit the famous sights of Yunnan (China). [Read: 138]
